  5. 3 Years Historical Operating Statements on the Property
  6. Current Year To Date (YTD) Operating Statement
  7. Lease Summary/Rent Roll
  8. Purchase Price or Original Cost
  9. Timing Requirements To Fund Loan
  10. Significant Improvements made to Property
  11. Required Improvements necessary, if any
  12. Color Photos
  13. Resume/background on borrowers
  14. Existing lender, rate & term
